That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Frank Polansky, of the city of Ontario, California, the sum of $1,525.10 in full settlement of all claims against the Government of the United States for all injuries and property damage sustained by him on April 1, 1934, when an automobile in which he was riding was in collision with a United States Government truck being carelessly and negligently operated by a member of the Civilian *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.Conservation Corps: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall Penalty for violation.be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved, May 6, 1936. Moore, Amarillo, Texas, the sum of $200. The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims against the United 2289States for damages sustained by the said J.
P. Moore on account of personal injuries received by his minor son, George Thomas Moore, who was hit on November 25, 1933, by a Government-owned bus in the service of the Bureau of Mines, Department of the Interior: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim.
