(/us/pvtl/74/369).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That notwithstanding Doctor Pak Chue Chan. License to practice in District of Columbia authorized. any limitation relating to the time within which an application for a license must be filed, the Commission on Licensure to Practice the Healing Art in the District of Columbia is authorized and directed to issue a license to practice the healing art in the District of Columbia to Doctor Pak Chue Chan of Washington, District of Columbia, in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of section 24 Vol. 45, p. 1334. of the Healing Arts Practice Act, District of Columbia, 1928.
