(/us/pvtl/74/351).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration John S. Cannell. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows, or dependent relatives, John S. Cannell, late of the Provisional Military Police Company, First Depot Division, American Expeditionary Forces, shall be held and considered to have died on the 12th day of September 1918 as a member of said organization, and that his death was in the line of duty and was not the result of his own misconduct: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension or allowance shall *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. accrue as a result of the passage of this Act, except what may accrue by reason of the World War Adjusted Compensation Act. Approved, August 29, 1935. For the relief of Herman W.
