(/us/pvt/74/202).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary George William Henning. Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,500 to George William Henning in full settlement of all his claims against the Government of the United States for injuries received by him on the 14th day of March 1932, when an automobile, being driven by him in a lawful manner, was run into by an ambulance owned by the Navy Department of the United States, then and there being operated by one W.
Thomas, a member of the United States Marine Corps, in a negligent and reckless manner: *Provided,* That no part of the amount appropriated in this *Proviso.* Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees. Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim.
