(/us/pvt/74/17).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Bert Snyder. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon widows of honorably discharged soldiers Bert Snyder, late husband of Cora A. Snyder, who was a member of Troop H, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 7th day of May 1901: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance *Proviso.* No back pay, etc.shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.

Military record corrected. administration of the pension laws or any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon the widows, children, and/or dependent relatives of persons honorably discharged from the United States Army, Carl Lindow, known also as Carl Lindo, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged on August 9, 1864, as a corporal, Company H, One Hundred and Fifty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry: *Provided,* That no pension, bounty, *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. pay, or other emoluments shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
