(/us/pl/73/19).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bank Conservation Act amendment.*Ante*, p. 3.Substitution, in section 207, of term “bank” for “national banking association.” That section 207 of the Bank Conservation Act is amended by striking out “national banking association” wherever it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof the word “bank.” Approved, May 20, 1933. To amend sections 5200 and 5202 of the Revised Statutes, as amended, to remove the limitations on national banks in certain cases.

That section 5200 of the Revised Statutes, as amended, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph: 73 " “(9) Obligations representing loans to any national bankingRemoval of limitations on loans in certain cases. association or to any banking institution organized under the laws of any State, or to any receiver, conservator, or superintendent of banks, or to any other agent, in charge of the business and property of any such association or banking institution, when such loans are approved by the Comptroller of the Currency, shall not be subject under this section to any limitation based upon such capital and surplus.
