(/us/pvtl/73/429).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryHenry C. von Struve.Payment to widow. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Margoth Olsen von Struve, widow of Henry C. von Struve, late American consul at Tenerife, Canary Islands, the sum of $5,000, equal to one year’s salary of her deceased husband.
