That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Elizabeth Millicent Trammell, widow of H. Eric Trammell, late third secretary of American Embassy at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the sum of $3,000, equal to one year’s salary of her deceased husband.
