(/us/pvtl/73/314).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationWilliam G. Burress.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William G. Burress, who was a member of Company A, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 7th day of March 1897: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
