That the Comptroller General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to certify for payment the claim of Pierre E. Teets, first lieutenant, Field Artillery Reserve, United States Army, for six months’ pay and allowances, and reimbursement for such amounts as may be approved by the Secretary of War expended by him for medical and hospital treatment for injuries sustained while under active-duty training from July 3, 1927, to July 17, 1927, at Camp Pine, New York.
