(/us/pvtl/73/256).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryYosemite Lumber Company.Payment to, expenses fighting forest fires. of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Yosemite Lumber Company the sum of $1,100 in full settlement of all claims against the Government of the United States. Such sum represents the difference between the actual cost to such company for labor, supplies, and transportation of men incurred in the fighting of forest fires in September 1926 in the Yosemite National Park and the amount paid such company by the National Park Service.
