That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to credit Harry Harsin, postmaster at Asbury Park, New Jersey, in his accounts with the sum of $28,022, the amount of money and postage stamps lost in the burglary of the post office at Asbury Park, New Jersey, on July 6, 1929.

That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Milburn Knapp, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $16,000 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for losses sustained by him as the result of the revocation by the Department of the Interior, on November 12, 1913, of a permit granted for the use of the Williamson River in connection with a contract for the cutting and removal of certain timberlands in the Klamath Indian Reservation, in the State of Oregon, entered into on January 24, 1913, by Milburn Knapp and the Commissioner of Indian Affairs on behalf of the United States.
