Holaday.Payment to.*Ante*, p. 1039 That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Harriet C. Holaday, widow of Ross E. Holaday, late American consul at Manchester, England, the sum of $6,000, being one year’s salary of her deceased husband, who died while in the Foreign Service, and there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sufficient sum to carry out the purpose of this Act.
