(/us/pl/72/79).] *Be is enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the times for Mahoning River.Time extended for bridging, at New Castle, Pa.commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Mahoning River at a point just south of New Castle, Lawrence 83County, Pennsylvania, now served by a structure known locally as the Willow Grove Bridge, authorized to be built by the State Highway Department, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by the Act of Vol. 46, p. 1480.Congress approved March 2, 1931, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from March 2, 1932.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment, expressly reserved. Approved, April 15, 1932.
