(/us/pl/72/195)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Niagara River.Time extended for bridging, at Tonawanda, N. Y.Vol. 46, p. 765, amended. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved June 17, 1930, to be built by the Niagara Frontier Bridge Commission, a State commission, created by act of the Legislature of the State of New York, chapter 594 of the laws of 1929, across the east branch of the Niagara River, from the town of Tonawanda, about midway between the southerly city limits of the city of Tonawanda and the northerly city limits of the city of Buffalo, to Grand Island, in the county of Erie and State of New York, are hereby extended two and five years, respectively, from June 17, 1932.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 25, 1932. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized, in his discretion, to extend for a period of not to exceed two years the time for the payment of any installment or installments due, or hereafter to become due, of the purchase price for lands sold under the Act of Congress approved *Provisos*.Applicability to other payments.Vol. 41, p. 535.March 22, 1906 (34 Stat. 80): *Provided*, That the payments extended under the provisions of Public Resolution Numbered 33, approved March 19, 1920 (41 Stat. 535), may be extended hereunder: *Provided further*, That any and all payments must be made when due unless 335the entryman applies for an extension and pays interest for one yearPatent withheld until compliance. in advance at 5 per centum per annum upon the amount due, and patent shall be withheld until full and final payment of the purchase price is made in accordance with the provisions hereof: *ProvidedInterest in advance. further*.
That where payments are extended hereunder for more than one year the same rate of interest shall be paid in advance for the second year: *And provided further*, That failure to make anyForfeiture. payment that may be clue, unless the same be extended, or to make any extended payment at or before the time to which such payment has been extended as herein provided, shall forfeit the entry, and the same shall thereupon be canceled, and any and all payments theretofore made shall be forfeited.
