Marine Corps record, corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged sailors Harry Manning Lee, who served as private, United States Marine Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of the United States on September 5, 1918: *Provided*, That no *Proviso*.
