Marine Corps record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged marines Walter S. West, who was a member of Marine Guard, United States ship Marblehead, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of the United States Marine Corps on the 14th day of January, 1899: *Provided*, *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, June 30, 1932. Reenlistment accepted, for transfer to Fleet Naval Reserve. of the Navy is authorized and directed to accept for reenlistment in the Navy, Frank Woodey, 134–69–80, boilermaker, first class, and to immediately tranfer him to the Fleet Naval Reserve in accordance with the laws existing at the time of his discharge from the naval service on the 10th day of February, 1922.
