Wick. Settlement of claim, authorized. That the Comptroller of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of Lewis O. Wick for assisting in the seizure and forfeiture of a large quantity of opium from unknown parties in June, 1930, and to allow in full and final settlement of Appropriation. said claim an amount not in excess of $500. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of $500, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the payment of such claim.
