Claim of, allowed. General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to allow in the accounts of Don C. Fees, disbursing clerk, Department of Justice, the sum of $33.80, paid by him under authority and direction of said department for the purchase, in the open market, of two thousand six hundred manila envelopes, which was disallowed by said Comptroller General.

June 28, 1932.[[S. 250](/us/bill/72/s/250).][[Private, No. 67](/us/pvtl/72/67).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Comptroller Sun Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company. Settlement of claim, authorized. General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to settle and adjust the claim of the Sun Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company arising from the use of its Pier Numbered 4 on June 21, 22, and 23, 1930, by the Government, and to allow in full and final settlement of said claim not to exceed the sum of $110.
There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury Appropriation. not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $110, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay said claim.
