(/us/pvtl/72/42).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Comptroller George E. Casey. Credit allowed, for stolen postal funds. General of the United States is authorized and directed to credit the account of George E. Casey, former postmaster at Bunch, Oklahoma, in the sum of $103.20. Such sum represents the amount of a deficit in the account of the said George E. Casey, caused by the burglarizing of the post office at Bunch, Oklahoma, on the night of May 19, 1926, of $40.71 in cash, and blank money-order forms stolen and filled out, in the sum of $62.49, making a total of $103.20.

R. 4911](/us/bill/72/hr/4911).][[Private, No. 43](/us/pvtl/72/43).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Ralph E. Williamson. Compensation, for fire damages. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $565 to Ralph E. Williamson, as compensation in full for loss of property destroyed by the fire on September 24, 1917, in the city of Lawton, Oklahoma, such loss having been the result of the inability of the fire department of the city of Lawton to control said fire because of lack of water, all available water for fire-fighting purposes having been appropriated and being used by the War Department in connection with the training of soldiers at Fort Sill and Camp Doniphan: *Provided*, That before said claim is allowed *Proviso*.
Investigation, etc., required. and paid the Comptroller General of the United States shall make an investigation of said claim to determine the extent and amount of such loss and damage, and such claim shall be adjusted in amount not in excess of the amount set out herein and upon certificates issued to said claimant by the said Comptroller General of the United States.
