That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Clarence G. Young, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50 in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States for the loss of a horse hired to the United States Forest Service on August 13, 1929.
