(/us/pvtl/72/33).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to G. Carroll Ross, of the city of South Haven, Michigan, the sum of $200 to reimburse him for money expended in payment of a fine levied against Captain Quickfall, master of the British steamship Errington-Dunford, on October 8, 1925, for violation of section 8 of the Act of June 19, 1886, as amended.
