That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of Joseph T. Ryerson and Son (Incorporated) for $135.08 on account of certain brass angles furnished to the Navy Department under contract numbered N251s-16622, dated December 7, 1929, and to allow not exceeding $112.55 in full and final settlement of said claim.
There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Appropriation.$112.55, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for payment of said claim.
