Ritz.Honorable discharge granted to. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Stuart L. Ritz, late of Company L, Second Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States on the 22d day of April, 1899: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc.
That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 4, 1933. For the relief of James J.
