That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Maggie Kirkland, former post-master at Chicago, Kentucky, with the sum of $93.50, covering a shortage in her accounts believed to be due to the destruction of paid money orders in a fire in the post office on March 25, 1924.
