That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Annie M. Eopolucci, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $20 per month, in a total amount of not to exceed $5,000, such payments to be in full settlement of all claims against the Government for the death of her son, John E.
Eopolucci, who, while serving as a member of the armed guard of the United States Navy on the steamship Aztec, lost his life when said steamship was torpedoed and sunk on April 1, 1917, this while in the active service of the United States.
