(/us/pvtl/72/239).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Dixon Linebarger.Honorable discharge granted to. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged sailors Henry Dixon Linebarger, who served as seaman, United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service of *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. the United States on January 22, 1919: *Provided*, That no compensation, retirement pay, back pay, pension, or other benefit shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.

Gordon, former seaman, first class, the sum of $648, being the amount due him for salary for one year at the rate of $54 per month, and said amount is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated: *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. *Provided*, That no back pay, allowances, or emoluments shall become due because of the passage of this Act.
