Nicholson.Reappointment of, as District of Columbia policeman. of the District of Columbia be, and they are hereby, authorized and empowered, in their discretion, to reappoint George N. Nicholson as a member of the Metropolitan police department of the District of Columbia, and his compensation to commence from the date of such reappointment, no pay or compensation to be paid the said George N.
