General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to credit the accounts of C. N. Hildreth, junior, former collector customs for collection district numbered 18, with the sum of $89.10, representing the amount of a payment made to the A. A. A. Garage of Miami, Florida, on voucher 851 in his August, 1928, accounts, and heretofore disallowed by the Comptroller General.

F. Hart.Adjustment of claim of. General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of B. F. Hart in the sum of $65 as the bona fide holder of check numbered 4957, dated May 15, 1925, issued by C. C. Collins, special disbursing agent, United States Veterans’ Bureau, to the order of Theodore John Gustavus in payment under a vocational rehabilitation award, which payment was later determined to be unauthorized, and to allow in full and final settlement of said claim an amount not exceeding $65.
ThereAppropriation. is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $65, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for payment of said claim.
