That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to William B. Thompson, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $562.80 in full settlement of all claims against the Government by reason of damages to his property caused by the dumping of spoil dredged from the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal in the lowering of the water level of the said canal at the town of Summit Bridge, New Castle County, in the State of Delaware.
