(/us/pvtl/72/185).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration William C. Rives. Naval record corrected. of the pension laws or any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon persons honorably discharged from the United States Navy William C. Rives, late of the United States Navy, shall be held and considered to have served honorably ninety days during the war with Spain: *Provided*, That no pension, pay, or bounty *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. shall be held to have accrued by reason of this Act prior to its passage. Approved, February 6, 1933.
