Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Raymond D. Woods, a first lieutenant in the Officers’ Reserve Corps 1710 of the United States Army, the sum of $480.47 for pay and allowances for the period from December 18, 1927, until February 21, 1928, inclusive, while he was hospitalized at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, for an injury incurred while on active duty.
