Reimbursement to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $250 to J. H. Wallace, of Paradise, Texas, as reimbursement of purchase money paid for real estate formerly owned by William Lyons and sold by the collector of internal revenue at a distraint sale March 14, 1911.
