That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of the appropriation “Contingent, Navy, 1932,” to Captain Ches-1703ter G. Mayo, Supply Corps, United States Navy, the sum of $115, this sum being the amount paid by the said Captain Mayo on account of floral wreaths purchased in connection with the funerals of the late Congressmen Lemuel P.
Padgett, Daniel J. Riordan, and James R. Mann, and disallowed by the General Accounting Office, and which sum the said Captain Mayo has paid into the Treasury of the United States for the purpose of clearing his accounts of the disallowances.
