(/us/pvtl/72/143).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Magee Brothers (Limited).Payment to, for forfeited security deposit. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $950.33 to Magee Brothers (Limited), of Philadelphia, the same to be in full settlement of said claim. Such sum represents the amount which was paid by them to the United States as security for an immigration fine on account of the landing from the steamship Exmoor at Philadelphia in June, 1924, of a Chinese seaman named Chow Fat, said sum having been declared forfeited by a decision of the Department of Labor dated August 23, 1924, less the amount of the expense incurred.

Nolan for pay and allowance for the period from January 29, 1926, to April 14, 1926, and also for any disbursements and expenses incurred by reason of an injury incurred in line of duty.
