(/us/pvtl/72/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration John W. Moncravie. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers John W. Moncravie, alias John Wisner, deceased, who was a member of Company G, One hundred and seventeenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 1st day of November, 1862: *Provided*, That no bounty, *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, April 15, 1932. Land patent issued to. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue patent to Melissa Isabel Fairchild, widow of Seymour Fairchild, deceased, on desert entry, Blackfoot, Idaho, numbered 037882, 1660 entered by him on November 8, 1917, for the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and southeast quarter of section 8; east half of the northeast quarter and northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 17, all in township 9 south, range 14 east, Boise (Idaho) meridian.
