That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a patent to Amy Turner, formerly Amy Byrnes, for the lands embraced in her stock-raising homestead entry, Billings 028219, upon fulfillment of the usual requirements but without reference to her second marriage or the time of its consummation.

Day.Payment to, for mileage expenses. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John H. Day, Decatur, Alabama, the sum of $650. Such sum represents compensation for excess mileage of approximately twelve thousand five hundred miles which the said John H. Day was required to travel while carrying the mails on star route numbered 24352, Decatur, Alabama, by Albany to Moulton, Alabama, during the years 1925, 1926, and 1927, on account of the grading and paving of the regular route between Decatur and Moulton.
