Day, Decatur, Alabama, the sum of $650. Such sum represents compensation for excess mileage of approximately twelve thousand five hundred miles which the said John H. Day was required to travel while carrying the mails on star route numbered 24352, Decatur, Alabama, by Albany to Moulton, Alabama, during the years 1925, 1926, and 1927, on account of the grading and paving of the regular route between Decatur and Moulton.
