McGrath.Disability claim of, to be examined. States Employees’ Compensation Commission be, and it is hereby, authorized to consider and determine the claim of Marie E. McGrath, widow of A. J. McGrath, on account of the results of an injury sustained by said A. J. McGrath while in the performance of duty as an employee of the United States Government, on August 23,Vol. 39, p. 742;
Vol. 42, p. 650. 1918, as if such claim had been filed within the time prescribed by the Compensation Act of September 7, 1916, as amended: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No prior benefits.
