CHAP. 99.— An Act For the relief of Jeremiah F. Mahoney. January 31, 1931.[[H. R. 7302](/us/bill/71/hr/7302).][[Private, No. 306](/us/pvtl/71/306).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That inJeremiah F. Mahoney.Military record corrected. the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Jeremiah F. Mahoney, who was a member of Company K, First Regiment Montana Volunteer Infantry, Spanish-American War, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 17th day of October, 1899: *Provided*, That no bounty,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
