CHAP. 98.— An Act For the relief of George Press. January 31, 1931.[[H. R. 3692](/us/bill/71/hr/3692).][[Private, No. 305](/us/pvtl/71/305).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationGeorge Press.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers George Press, who was a member of Company B, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, shall here after be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 24th day of March, 1899: *Provided*, That no bounty, back*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
