CHAP. 97.— An Act For the relief of William J. Frost. January 31, 1931.[[H. R. 3122](/us/bill/71/hr/3122).][[Private, No. 304](/us/pvtl/71/304).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in theWilliam J. Frost.Military record corrected. administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William J. Frost, who was a member of Troop K, First Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 7th day of November, 1900: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
