CHAP. 96.— An Act For the relief of E. O. McGillis. January 31, 1931.[[H. R. 2266](/us/bill/71/hr/2266).][[Private, No. 303](/us/pvtl/71/303).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, E. O. McGillis.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers E. O. McGillis, late of the Seventh Battery, United States Field Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 16th day of May, 1901:*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to December 10, 1928.
