CHAP. 95.— An Act For the relief of Martin G. Schenck, alias Martin G. Schanck. January 31, 1931.[[H. R. 1081](/us/bill/71/hr/1081).][[Private, No. 302](/us/pvtl/71/302).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martin O. Schenck, alias Martin G. Schanck.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Martin G.
Schenck, alias Martin G. Schanck, who was a member of Company K, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 17th day of June, 1871: *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
