CHAP. 94.— An Act For the relief of John Jakes. January 31, 1931.[[H. R. 516](/us/bill/71/hr/516).][[Private, No. 301](/us/pvtl/71/301).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Jakes.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers John Jakes, who was a private of Company G, Second Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as private of said company and regiment on or about the 27th day of June, 1865: *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. *Provided*, That no pay, pension, or bounty shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
