CHAP. 9.— An Act For the relief of Emmett Brooks. December 11, 1930.[[H. R. 10093](/us/bill/71/hr/10093).][[Private, No. 282](/us/pvtl/71/282).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Emmett Brooks. Payment to, as United States Commissioner. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement of all claims against the Government, the sum of $351.05 to Emmett Brooks in payment for fees as United States Commissioner for services rendered for the period beginning with the January quarter, 1925, and ending with the March quarter, 1929.
