CHAP. 875.— An Act For the relief of Clara E. Nichols. July 8, 1930.[[S. 859](/us/bill/71/s/859).][[Private, No. 275](/us/pvtl/71/275).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That sections 17 Clara E. Nichols. Benefits of Employees’ Compensation Act extended to. Vol. 39, p. 742; Vol. 44, p. 772. U. S. C., p. 78. and 20 of the Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes,” approved September 7, 1916, as amended, are hereby waived in favor of Clara E.
