CHAP. 872.— An Act For the relief of Sidney J. Lock. July 3, 1930.[[H. R. 9347](/us/bill/71/hr/9347).][[Private, No. 274](/us/pvtl/71/274).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Sidney J. Lock. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Sidney J. Lock, who was a member of Company H, First Regiment Texas Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. private of that organization on the 5th day of April, 1899: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
