CHAP. 870.— An Act For the relief of Brewster Agee. July 3, 1930.[[H. R. 8271](/us/bill/71/hr/8271).][[Private, No. 272](/us/pvtl/71/272).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Brewster Agee. Payment to, for death of husband. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to death of husband, pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, 1966to Brewster Agee the sum of $2,500 as compensation for loss by death of her husband, George L.
Agee, killed while transporting United States soldiers during a riot at Griffin, Georgia, on or about March 8, 1899. Approved, July 3, 1930.
