CHAP. 87.— An Act Authorizing a per capita payment to the Shoshone and Arapahoe Indians. March 24, 1930.[[S. 3579](/us/bill/71/s/3579).][[Public, No. 77](/us/pl/71/77).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Shoshone and Arapahoe Indians, Wyo.Per capita payment to, from tribal funds. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, to make a per capita payment of $25 to the Shoshone and Arapahoe Indians in the State of Wyoming from their tribal funds deposited in the UnitedVol. 39, p. 519.
