CHAP. 869.— An Act For the relief of E. J. Kerlee. July 3, 1930.[[H. R. 4564](/us/bill/71/hr/4564).][[Private, No. 271](/us/pvtl/71/271).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the United E. J. Kerlee. Time limitation for filing claim under Employees’ Compensation Act waived. Vol. 39, p. 742; Vol. 44, p. 772. States Employees’ Compensation Commission be, and it is hereby, authorized and directed to waive the limitation for filing claim for compensation in the case of E.
J. Kerlee, who is declared to be a totally dependent father of Arthur LeRoy Kerlee, deceased, late a bacteriologist in the Public Health Service. Approved, July 3, 1930.
